Create Asset Statuses

Create statuses that resonate to your users. You can assign a color to statuses to easily identify them, or to help align with your organization's branding guidelines. You can use asset statuses to define the contents of a Smart Folder.

To create an asset status:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. At the top right corner of your screen, click the Gear Wheel > Statuses and Phases.
  3. On the Statuses/Phases dashboard, select Asset.
  4. In the Manage Asset Statuses dialog box, click Add .
  5. In the Add Status dialog box, specify the following information:

    Name Specify a status name.
    Code This field auto-populates with information from the Name field.
    Color Click the box to select a color.
  6. Click Save.
